Dr. Juan Amezquita is a Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, graduated with Honors for high academic performance from UNAM. Since the beginning of his career, he has shown a deep dedication to clinical excellence and the comprehensive well-being of his patients.
Throughout his career, he has combined surgical precision with a strong social vocation, participating as a guest surgeon in multiple Cleft Lip and Palate campaigns nationwide. In parallel, he has completed clinical fellowships, courses, and surgical training in the United States, Brazil, Chile, Turkey, and other countries, continuously incorporating cutting-edge techniques in maxillofacial surgery, orthognathic surgery, TMJ arthroscopy, and facial surgery.
His approach has always been progressive: prioritizing the least invasive solutions, listening to each patient, and adapting the treatment to their specific needs.
I believe every patient deserves a completely personalized plan. My goal is not just to correct a structure — it is to restore confidence, functionality and long-term well-being. Maxillofacial surgery is a discipline that joins medicine and art, and that is why I take the necessary time to listen, understand and design a strategy that respects both the anatomy and the expectations of each person.
My approach has always been progressive: prioritizing the least invasive solutions and advancing step by step, with patience and precision. Open communication before, during and after treatment is not an extra — it is an essential part of the process, because true clinical success is measured in the quality of life that each patient recovers.
